Completion payout is earned after the service checklist, required photos, and customer walkthrough are complete. Specialty add-ons and custom jobs show their separate payout before acceptance.
A working day
REAL WORK. REAL RESPONSIBILITY.
You’ll pick up a loaded vehicle in Pullman, drive to customers, inspect the vehicle, complete the detail, photograph the results, and walk the customer through the finished work.
The honest part
Some days can run approximately 10 hours including driving, setup, two booked jobs, customer walkthroughs, and restocking. You’ll be standing, bending, kneeling, and working outdoors in Palouse weather. If you take pride in finished work, you’ll love it. If you want to hide behind a counter, you won’t.
Interior details
Vacuuming, surfaces, seats, mats, glass, and stains.
Exterior details
Hand washing, wheels, bugs, tar, glass, and protection.
Before-and-after proof
Document every job and complete a final walkthrough.
The Palouse
Pullman, Moscow, Colfax, Lewiston, and nearby areas.

- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and legally able to drive a company vehicle
- Reliable transportation to the Pullman vehicle pickup location
- Available for full-time days that can run approximately 10 hours
- Weekend availability
- A working smartphone for scheduling, photos, and customer communication
- Comfortable driving up to approximately 45 minutes from Pullman
- Detailing experience is preferred, not required. We train.
