Refresh Mobile Detailing provides mobile vehicle-detailing services in and around Pullman, Washington. Available services, estimated duration, and pricing are shown on this website or during booking. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, requested services, and any approved add-ons.

2. Booking and Payment

Appointments and payments may be handled through Square, our third-party booking and payment provider. You agree to provide accurate contact, vehicle, service-location, and payment information. A booking is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Refresh Mobile Detailing or our booking provider.

3. Appointment Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. Any cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, or refund terms displayed during checkout or communicated for your appointment also apply. We may reschedule an appointment because of unsafe weather, inaccessible service conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances that prevent safe completion of the work.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing lawful access to the vehicle and a safe, suitable service location. Please remove valuables and disclose known hazards, delicate modifications, pre-existing damage, or other conditions that could affect the service.

5. Results and Existing Conditions

We perform services with reasonable care, but some stains, odors, scratches, oxidation, wear, damage, or contamination may not be fully correctable. Detailing does not repair mechanical defects or existing vehicle damage.
